On one hand, global premium labels locked high-end designs, editorial styling, and top-tier craftsmanship behind massive markups and gatekept retail middlemen. On the other hand, traditional eco-conscious brands asked consumers to compromise on their style identity in the name of sustainability.

We refused to accept that divide. Leveraging Agra's generations of master leathercraft and canvas expertise, we built a direct-to-factory D2C pipeline. This vertical structure allows us to source premium materials, work directly with local shoe-making masters, and craft unisex sneaker and loafer collections—offering luxury-tier designs strictly under the ₹3,000 price point.
